Meet the Author

Between their book addicted teenage years and the fixation on storytelling trough rhyme, Vermilion was always bound to be a writer.

Add in their desire to always express themselves louder and louder, and we land ourselves at drag-queen poetry.

Vermilion, previously performing spoken word as “Keanu Neral” for over 5 years now has both a performance award “POC choice award” under their belt and has performed on countless of events, from festivals to more private and cozy.

The recent switch from performer to author (who performs on the side) is a dream long in the making, preferably with no end in sight.

Debut book “The Consequences Of Flirting With A Poet” launches this new corner of their writing career, and will be followed up by many more titles.
